By browsing the site, the user agrees to the following general conditions of use.

The site www.robyducoeur.org is a presentation site, whose purpose is to provide information about the association Les roby du coeur. This site is subject to Moroccan law.

The user of the site acknowledges having the competence and the means necessary to access and use this site. The user also acknowledges having read this legal notice and undertakes to comply with it.

The user further acknowledges having been informed that the site is provided on a "state of the art" basis and accessible subject to availability, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties related to telecommunications networks or other technical difficulties.

Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

5. Selection of applications

Responding to a job offer on the association's site gives the person concerned no guarantee that their application will be accepted, even if the candidate matches the profile of the position.

A recruitment can only be final at the end of the recruitment procedures provided for by the policies in force within the association. The association's liability cannot be engaged on any grounds whatsoever in the event that the position is no longer available, or in the event that the application is not accepted.

Replies to applications, whether spontaneous or not, will be sent to the email address indicated, where applicable, by the candidate. Failing that, replies will be sent to the postal address of the person concerned. Providing an email address for sending the reply to an application is done under the sole responsibility of the person concerned.

The association's liability cannot be engaged on any grounds whatsoever in the event that the confidentiality of the address given in the application is not ensured, thus allowing third parties to become aware of that reply, in particular where a professional email address has been given.
